About The Position
The Strategy Director will lead the development of competitive, enterprise, and business-unit-focused strategies. This role involves supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives that require coordination and collaboration with all levels of the Company. The Strategy Director will also support M&A and related transactions with key positioning and strategic analysis, contributing to corporate and business strategic discussions with other senior executives while functioning as a 'trusted advisor' to the company's leadership. The position requires nurturing and managing the launch of new projects and ensuring integration with other relevant functions and personnel. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
