About The Position

Alchemy Worx is an award-winning audience management agency specializing in email, SMS, and paid social marketing for a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to emerging market players. Our advanced marketing services blend proven strategies with innovative methods to drive exceptional customer engagement and retention. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Strategy Director with a strong background in Health & Beauty to spearhead this exciting and high-growth vertical at Alchemy Worx. This is a unique opportunity to own and grow the vertical, lead strategy for one of the largest cosmetics brands in our portfolio, and shape the future of how Health & Beauty brands connect with their audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of Account Management and Strategy expertise and a deep understanding of the Health & Beauty space. This position is based in NYC and requires onsite client visits.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer with a proven track record in Health & Beauty brands.
  • Expertise in email and SMS marketing is a must.
  • Experience in Account Management with a demonstrated ability to build trust and grow relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of the Health & Beauty market, including audience trends, industry challenges, and emerging opportunities.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the Health & Beauty vertical by developing tailored strategies for Health & Beauty brands.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class solutions for current and prospective clients.
  • Drive account strategy and oversee the execution of comprehensive email, SMS, and paid social campaigns for a flagship cosmetics brand.
  • Act as the strategic lead and primary escalation point for all client deliverables, ensuring quality, innovation, and measurable impact.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of strategists and analysts to deliver top-tier client engagement.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with clients, delivering strategies that foster trust and drive results.
  • Shape the future of marketing strategy at Alchemy Worx by contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and thought leadership content.
