About The Position

The Strategy Consulting Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects, identifying, prioritizing, and selecting strategic initiatives. This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred.
  • Experience with programming in R, Python, or other language preferred.
  • Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Preferred experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistical concepts.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present analytical data to all levels of management preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with enterprise strategy team members and leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects.
  • Identify, prioritize and select strategic initiatives.
  • Manage mid-level projects that cross multiple business units while problem-solving difficult challenges.
  • Perform advanced analyses with short and long-term views; interpret research and intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, team engagement, and an ability to execute on strategy.
  • Establish and report on key metrics and measurements, providing general status updates and identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Facilitate large cross-functional working sessions and meetings to align strategy and plan.
  • Provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Work with business partners to tackle complex challenges through advanced analytics, model development, and visualization.
