Strategy Consultant Interns perform the same role as our full-time Strategy Consultants and are charged with identifying business-critical issues, synthesizing key project findings, and translating those findings into strategic recommendations. Consultants play a key role in client communication and assist in providing guidance to Strategy Analysts.

Executing on day-to-day project activities that are aligned with overall project objectives.
Synthesizing key findings from research and developing actionable project recommendations.
Creating client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format.
Contributing to the creation of journal articles, conference presentations, and white papers.

Highly motivated candidates with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
A focus on client service and delivering high-quality work output.
A commitment to the highest level of integrity and business ethics.
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

MBA program enrollment.
Two years of experience in management consulting OR within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
A graduate or undergraduate degree in the life sciences is preferred.

Base Salary – commensurate with qualifications and experience; reviewed for merit-based increases on a semi-annual basis.
Performance Bonus - awarded once per year.
