About The Position

The Strategy Consultant III role is a pivotal position within the organization, primarily focused on leading the evaluation and ideation of new strategic initiatives in the Georgia region. This role also encompasses supporting the region's annual business cycle deliverables, which include the development of the region's 5-year strategic plan and budget documents. As a high-visibility position, the consultant will work closely with executive leadership across multiple teams to deliver data-driven recommendations, create conceptual business cases for approval, and develop long-term strategic plans. A successful consultant in this role must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable navigating ambiguous and complex problems that may not have straightforward solutions. Resilience in dealing with iterative work and initiatives that may not progress to implementation is essential. In addition to the core responsibilities, the Strategy Consultant III will contribute to organizational strategy processes and coordinate across teams to facilitate key conversations. This includes facilitating knowledge sharing across functions to support strategic priorities and building frameworks that leverage SWOT and gap analyses to identify strategic opportunities accurately. The consultant will prioritize strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans, aligning enterprise strategy plans with operating priorities in various markets and functions. Ongoing initiative management and real-time prioritization will be supported through performance monitoring using relevant tools such as dashboards and scorecards. The role requires effective relationship-building with coworkers and stakeholders, providing resources, information, and expertise proactively. The consultant will listen to and address performance feedback, mentor team members, and pursue self-development. They will complete work assignments autonomously, applying their expertise to generate creative solutions while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies. Collaboration across functions to solve business problems is crucial, as is the ability to communicate progress and information effectively. The consultant will analyze and interpret market data, develop and implement plans to address research questions, and facilitate process improvement efforts to enhance ROI and service quality. Project management skills are essential, as the consultant will independently manage project proposals, establish objectives, and contribute to project deliverables aligned with the broader business strategy.
