About The Position
The Strategy & Business Operations Lead reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical role in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across Khan Academy. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team (SLT), CEO, and Board to ensure strong planning, effective execution, and a clear focus on priorities that help us achieve our mission.
