Requirements

• 2+ years with a leading management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) or experience in retail strategy required.
• Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of strategic projects across the Enterprise Strategy group's key focus areas.
• Manage project inputs simultaneously from start to finish in a rapidly changing environment.
• Develop compelling insights through creation and maintenance of complex models.
• Conduct primary and secondary research.
• Support the development of materials that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Build credibility with business partners to gain support for analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including key functions and business units.
