As a Manager in Strategy and Transactions - EY Parthenon, you will advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy. You will help clients in developing actionable growth strategies, such as corporate strategy, investment strategy, transaction evaluation, and/or value creation. Your role will involve developing business strategies by analyzing market trends or conditions, industry trends, financial data, and utilizing customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization. You will also review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction. Additionally, you will assist in defining the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with the Vice President and Managing Director, manage work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables, and manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds in performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
