About The Position

We're seeking a forward-thinking Strategy & Partnerships Lead to help shape our AI vision and roadmap, lead enterprise-wide engagement campaigns, and position IBM as a thought leader in AI - both internally and externally. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to amplify the Client Zero narrative and build strategic AI alliances that showcase our most impactful solutions. You'll drive AI adoption and business performance through data-driven insights, user-centered strategies, and high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for solving real-world problems through AI and data science.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
• Experience with user research, product strategy, and change management
• Proficiency in data analysis, rapid analytics, and foundational AI concepts
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and engage stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement data-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies in analytics, data science, or AI
• Experience managing complex projects with business impact

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AI vision in alignment with enterprise priorities
• Lead the Spring Plan for AI initiatives and performance acceleration
• Establish and manage AI Catalyst Alliances to elevate IBM's leadership position
• Drive enterprise-wide campaigns to ignite AI awareness, engagement, and adoption
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and market research to inform strategy
• Engage directly with business leaders to understand needs and deliver outcomes
• Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights
