Requirements

8+ years in GTM Strategy, Professional Services Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar.
Deep familiarity with SaaS Professional Services models (utilization, margin, staffing).
Experience leading operational rollouts (systems, frameworks, process redesign).
Strong executive communication skills — can draft strategy memos and present clearly.
Highly structured thinker who can move from ambiguity to action.
Comfortable operating independently in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partner to VP, Forward Deploy
Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success via programs, metrics and scale
Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives.
Build & Scale Operating Systems
Design and implement delivery operating rhythms (forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking).
Improve margin performance through data-informed staffing and planning.
Define and operationalize processes across onboarding, staffing models, delivery methodology, and tooling.
Lead Cross-Functional Programs
Own strategic initiatives (e.g., delivery framework redesign, ES packaging, staffing model evolution).
Form and lead working groups with clear charters and timelines.
Identify structural inefficiencies and propose solutions grounded in business impact.
Build Content & Enablement
Create scalable internal documentation and playbooks.
Standardize processes without over-bureaucratizing.
Develop training and rollout materials for new systems or workflows.
Build for Scale
Own programs that strengthen the delivery system (onboarding, staffing models, tooling, methodology).
Drive long-range improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency.
Establish repeatable operating rhythms that enable managers to succeed.
