Strategy and Operations Analyst

AdobeSan Jose, CA

About The Position

As a Strategy and Operations Manager in Adobe's Marketing division, you will be a pivotal member of a world-class team, driving business operations and long-term planning. This role involves owning and executing the end-to-end business operations for annual planning across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including establishing and managing planning cadences, key milestones, and deliverables. You will ensure high-quality, consistent outputs across teams and partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing (PMM) and other collaborators to integrate planning workstreams. A key aspect of the role is translating annual planning outputs into clear, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across planning pillars, ensuring alignment between company-level priorities and functional/team-level objectives, and driving consistency in goal-setting frameworks. You will also track and report progress against OKRs, highlighting risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will lead quarterly business planning (QBP) processes across GTM and regional sales teams, establish operating cadences for marketing investment decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and optimize resource allocation. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, acting as a central connector across GTM, PMM, Sales, and Finance teams to drive alignment, accountability, and clear communication, while also identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions to improve planning efficiency and supporting executive readiness with insights and structured updates.
