As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations. As a Strategy and Operations Analyst on this team, you will focus on driving our segmentation operations and analytics and will play a central role in shaping the future of our partnerships go-to-market (GTM). You will be a key architect in bringing our partner segmentation to life by leveraging AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and intelligent system for partner assignments. You will own the operations that power our partner assignment operations for YouTube Business partnerships organization. Your work will also focus on using advanced analytics to answer a critical business question: How can we leverage AI to ensure every Partner Manager is equipped to serve the right partners at the right time. You will be a data-motivated strategist who is fascinated by the why behind the numbers and excited by the issue of applying technology to solve complex business problems. You will turn ambiguity into strategy and will build systems that scale across a global organization.
