As a Strategy and Management Consulting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through various consulting services, helping them navigate the complexities of their business needs and challenges. In this position, you will support the facilitation of stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops aimed at gathering and documenting business needs, requirements, weaknesses, and challenges. You will assist business users, project managers, and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects. Conducting benchmarking research and analysis for IT spending, trends, and industry-leading practices will also be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare reports on consulting services performed for clients, delivering these reports and discussing results and recommendations with clients. Working closely with the Management Consulting team, you will help develop new products and deliverables tailored to the rapidly changing technology environments across various industries. Your role will also involve facilitating user workshops to gather and document business needs and working with clients to provide analysis, development, and documentation of improvement opportunities, which may include implementation and training components. RSM's Management Consulting Practice encompasses several specialty areas, including Finance & Accounting, Human Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations & Supply Chain, Project Management, Strategy & Execution, and Technology & Digital.
