About The Position

As a Strategy & Business Development Manager for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Working cross-functionally to support annual strategic and operational planning processes, including executive-level strategy formulation and communication Supporting Divisions in development of Division strategic plans and ensure alignment to overall Business Group strategies Coordinating Quarterly Operating Review and Quarterly Financial Review efforts for the business group Supporting execution of Enterprise initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Corporate FP&A Communicating to stakeholders in a timely, transparent manner the status and actions of key programs Facilitating strategic workshops, competitive analysis, war gaming Creating professional PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of experience in strategy, business development, and/or market analysis in a private, public, government or military environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Business Administration degree from an accredited institution.
• Problem solving and project management skills.
• Action-oriented, with emphasis on execution and results.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams, with proven leadership success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent.
