The Strategy team is focused on providing broad, strategic vision for Interstate Batteries organization and identifying and evaluating new growth initiatives. The Strategy Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner providing strategic and analytical direction across the enterprise. The Strategy Analyst will lead several key initiatives within the Commercial team while delivering business recommendations to executive leadership. This role is responsible for conducting analyses, synthesizing key insights, and providing practical recommendations which inform decision-making across the organization. The role will also be involved in various strategic projects with responsibility for gathering cross-functional alignment, executing, and monitoring progress of each project.
