We are looking for a Strategist/Designer to join our growing sales strategy team. This role is responsible for developing proposals, reports, and digital media plans for some of the world’s biggest and best-known advertisers. Our strategy team works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to architect leading-edge programs that will reach millions of people across devices. The right person is an outstanding designer who wants to be much more than a pair of hands. This job requires smarts, high-level strategic thinking, and a deep passion for digital media.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales support with creation of proposals, customized client communication and additional sales materials
- Collaborate with sales team for proposal generation, sales strategy, and pitch language
- Coordinate with ad ops team to launch campaigns
- Project manage big picture proposals and projects, overseeing the process from start to finish
- Serve as a liaison to marketing, assist marketing with designing custom materials on an as-needed basis
- Develop and design campaign materials such as promotional graphics, display banners, end cards, and rich media experiences
- Mentor and develop our team of coordinators
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Expert-level Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
- Mastery of PowerPoint
- Excellent design and layout sense
- Strong professional writing skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
