• Demonstrate leadership by influencing diverse groups and driving strategic initiatives to deliver impactful results.
• Conduct research on internal and external trends and analyze long-term workforce implications.
• Leverage a range of data sources and apply workforce measurement concepts to support stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on Strategic Workforce Planning methodologies and position yourself as a trusted resource.
• Analyze, interpret, and present data insights clearly to influence business decisions.
