The Future Skills Team is part of the Talent Acquisition & Mobility Centre of Expertise, operating within a matrix organisation across five regions and over 30 countries to deliver integrated talent acquisition and mobility initiatives. The role involves delivering material impact through Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) by partnering across regions to ensure the right people with the right skills are in place to deliver the strategy. This includes promoting SWP capability, developing a 5-year workforce plan, and implementing methodologies for SWP.
