AvantGarde, LLC (AG) is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant who will play a pivotal role in advancing and implementing strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) initiatives that focus on workforce planning, business process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of human capital strategy, business process improvement, and change management processes to enhance organizations' human capital capabilities in alignment with future-focused priorities. The Consultant will engage in various activities, including strategic planning, workforce analysis and assessments, organizational and leadership development, change management planning, workforce readiness initiatives, competency assessment, talent acquisition strategy and management, and communications planning. While the work can be performed remotely, some travel may be necessary to local and remote customer sites as project work dictates.
