About The Position

The Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant role at Deloitte involves advising Government and Public Services clients on workforce strategies to enhance organizational performance. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph.
• 2+ years of hands-on workforce data and/or analytics experience.
• 2+ years of workforce strategy experience.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, briefing, presentations, and visualizations.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Ability to be on-site 100% of the time in Fort Meade, MD.

• Prior management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to facilitate the development of workforce strategies.
• Assist with the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Clean and analyze workforce data to identify significant patterns, challenges, and trends.
• Provide project management support, including creating client-ready briefings and presentations.
• Recommend strategies to address challenges and coordinate requests across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with the team to develop career development resources and training materials.
• Design and facilitate internal training for the SWP team.
