  • Lead and facilitate the Unified Backlog's key Chief & Director Level Decision Forum, ensuring effective governance, decision ratification, and alignment of technical changes with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage the workstream dedicated to defining, refining, and implementing prioritization methodologies within the Unified Backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource allocation.
  • Champion and lead initiatives to enable robust data-driven decision-making across the Unified Backlog process, ensuring that key stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Lead and manage the dedicated workstream responsible for integrating and operationalizing cycle plan, funding mechanisms, and containability requirements directly into the Unified Backlog.
  • Represent the Unified Backlog process and its strategic initiatives in senior executive meetings, providing clear, concise updates, advocating for necessary resources, and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Train and on-board cross-functional groups and teams involved in UBL operations, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Oversee sophisticated analysis of Unified Backlog operations data to identify systemic trends, critical inefficiencies, and significant opportunities for strategic improvement across workflows and processes.
  • Proactively design, champion, and implement high-impact process improvements to significantly streamline operations, elevate data quality, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall productivity across various departments.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics at a strategic level, providing actionable insights that directly support senior-level decision-making and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level operational reports and dashboards, providing transparent visibility into strategic business performance, critical data integrity metrics, and progress toward long-term strategic goals.
  • Drive and facilitate high-level collaboration with engineering, product, and strategy leadership to implement significant process changes, manage organizational change, and ensure sustained improvements in efficiency and data quality.
  • Provide senior-level guidance and data-backed recommendations to resolve complex operational issues, mitigating challenges swiftly and effectively.
