We're seeking a Senior Strategic Technology Engagement Manager to embed with our OpCos serving as the strategic connector between field operations, OpCo IT, and Enterprise IT. This role combines elements of enterprise account management, management consulting, and customer success—translating business needs into technology solutions while rolling out enterprise capabilities across diverse customer groups. The (Senior) Strategic Technology Engagement Manager serves as a strategic connector between Quanta Enterprise IT and Operating Companies, aligning business objectives with technology solutions through trusted partnership, operational insight, and proactive support. This role bridges strategy and execution—embedding with OpCos to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of both enterprise-driven and OpCo-initiated projects. STEMs operate within a federated environment, balancing enterprise standards with local autonomy, and play a key role in demand management, technology enablement, and change adoption. This is a senior-level role comparable to Engagement Manager positions at top consulting firms or Senior Customer Success Manager roles at enterprise technology companies. You'll work directly with OpCo Presidents, CFOs, and executive leadership teams—serving as their trusted technology advisor and primary connection to Enterprise IT capabilities.
