  • Further development of online platforms, 'how to' guides and automation for the Accelerated Launch & Review Team (ALRT).
  • Develop tools and processes to support initiatives within the Strategic Operations Teams (STOPs).
  • Work across the software business to support the execution of processes for Digital Industries Software.
  • Develop training materials to support Strategic Processes.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share updates on individual efforts.
  • Meet with mentor weekly to review progress.
  • Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate) in their Sophomore year or above.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Available to work part-time starting Spring 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company.
  • Studying for a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Some computer programming experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Passionate about participating in a collaborative mentorship program.
  • Proactive leader with a strong work ethic.
  • Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Commanding grasp of Microsoft Office.
