About The Position

Carnival Cruise Line is thrilled to announce openings for our 2026 Summer Internship Program—a unique opportunity to make waves in your professional life. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of cruising. The internship will take place in our Miami, Florida headquarters with a hybrid work schedule, allowing interns to gain hands-on experience in various business units including Human Resources, Revenue Management, Communications, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Marine Operations. Interns will actively contribute to impactful projects, challenge and enhance processes, and gain firsthand insights into our daily operations.

Requirements

• Pursuing degree in business, data analytics, data science, supply chain, sustainability, environmental sciences, engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience or interest in both financial analysis and sustainability metrics.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Communication skills for stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a corporate internship or relevant work experience.
• Interest in the cruise industry and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize cross-brand data to reveal trends in both spend efficiency and sustainability performance.
• Conduct spend analysis across sourcing categories and develop integrated contract databases.
• Analyze data and synthesize to reveal trends, patterns, and/or key findings.
• Develop trackers and/or dashboards to present the data in a clear way.
• Work with core members of both Global Sourcing teams to interpret results and develop summaries that can be shared with an array of key program stakeholders across the corporation.
