About The Position

In this role, you will be a key member of Medtronic's center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team and report to the ISM Ops Network leader. This global project-based role allows you to partner with stakeholders across many functions, regions, and businesses to drive value. You will be assigned specific manufacturing sites and will have direct responsibility for identifying, initiating, and executing improvement projects that reduce spend and generate value within the MRO category. You will partner with the center-led category management teams to implement pan-Medtronic procurement strategies and provide critical input to drive future strategy. You will bring your intrinsic drive to make a difference in the MRO/Operations category and for Medtronic overall and the patients we serve.
