Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Requires minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing projects and/or programs in matrix organizations.
• Sourcing experience in supply management, supplier quality, sourcing engineering, technical sourcing, category management and/or procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills both in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provides production continuity and project management support to manufacturing operations cross-functional teams, cross-divisional commodity teams and operations units.
• Facilitates these teams in the development and execution of long-term strategies that will optimize Medtronic's position in terms of quality, cycle/response time, technology & risk reduction.
• Mitigates production continuity risk by improving processes and systems.
• Execute Components Risks Assessments to identify risks of continuity in supply as a proactive approach to define and execute mitigation actions.
