The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Lead is responsible for building and owning G2’s procurement function as a single owner. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role encompassing vendor management across all our annual software and services spend. The role is critical due to G2’s recent acquisition of Capterra, SoftwareAdvice, and GetApp, which has created a portfolio of entangled legacy contracts requiring disentanglement and renegotiation, expanding shared services tooling needs, and cross-functional teams spending significant time on vendor negotiations. This role partners cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to centralize procurement, drive cost savings, and bring discipline to how G2 buys and manages software and services.
