About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will have responsibility for identifying and managing capable suppliers for machined hardware, powders, and other components used for the design and manufacture of high precision filtration and flow control products. They will serve as the liaison between Mott design engineers and suppliers to quote and secure components which are built to technical and quality specifications. The Strategic Sourcing Manager must apply highly effective and efficient procurement processes to ensure the availability and quality of components, while achieving best cost position. Candidates are expected to have in-depth experience in sourcing and supplier management with a proven track record of delivering savings and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
