Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic sourcing/category management (food ingredients, CPG procurement , pharma/medical devices , automotive or similarly regulated/quality‑intensive spaces).
- Proven RFx leadership, supplier development, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation.
- Analytical strength (spend, risk, cost drivers/TCO); strategic thinking; comfort with ambiguity.
- Proficiency with ERP, Microsoft 365, and collaborative tools.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CSCP, CPSM, CIPS or similar preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and develop international supplier partnerships and competitive bid events (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) from end‑to-end.
- Translate market intel, quotes, and TCO analyses into clear recommendations that win buy‑in across Quality, Finance, Product Line, Sales, and Legal.
- Shape category strategies that improve resiliency, sustainability, and value—then partner seamlessly with Procurement Execution & Delivery to make them real.
