ITW Medical, a division of ITW, is comprised of two highly respected brands- Coeur and Filtertek, supplying critical filtration and flow control solutions to global OEM’s, serving Surgical, Infusion, Bioprocessing and Diagnostic Imaging end markets. Position Summary: The Strategic Sourcing Manager reports to the Division Controller and is responsible for advancing supply chain excellence, eliminating constraints for the division and its customers, and supporting enterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain strategies. The Strategic Sourcing Manager generates positive business results through a fit for purpose supply chain and its key elements: plan, procure, make and deliver. Considers and adapts to ever-changing market and business conditions to ensure a high level of service to end customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of broad sourcing leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization, across a multi-location or global business.
  • Managed at least $30M+ in annualized spend in direct materials
  • Strong track record of financial data analysis, budget planning, inventory management, driving procurement strategies and reducing overall material costs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with a remote staff.
  • Proven results in managing and developing talent.
  • Willing to travel, primarily domestic, occasionally international.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree, NAPM (APP, CPM) or APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred.
