About The Position

The Strategic Sourcing Manager for Real Estate & Facilities at Netflix is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and Finance Procurement Operations to gather requirements and implement strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate and facilities management, particularly in contract negotiation and supplier management.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing with specific category expertise in real estate and facilities
• Strong understanding of the real estate and facilities industry, including trends and best practices
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier management
• Comfortable working in self-directed and ambiguous environments
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate or related field

• Media and Entertainment or Tech industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for real estate and facilities services to meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and become a trusted partner
• Lead complex negotiations related to all commercial aspects of the contracts
• Research market trends to identify innovative solutions and category insights
• Drive process improvements within the sourcing workflows, tools, and reports
• Monitor performance of suppliers to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting
