About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Manager - Fasteners is responsible for the development, implementation and management of sourcing strategies, methodologies and best procurement practices to achieve continuous supply and optimized inventory levels for the HYTORC Fastener Product Category. This role will leverage extensive product knowledge and experience in the Industrial Fastener category to identify and implement best in class industry practices from design to manufacturing to ensure a robust and highly cost competitive supply chain. Additionally, the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Fasteners leads a working team of Procurement agents in tactical procurement execution and vendor management to ensure continuous supply and optimized inventory levels relative to production and sales goals in a dynamic and fast changing market.
