About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Lead role supports, leads, and executes sourcing activities with minimal supervision. The role will both support and own analyses and sourcing strategies, that may include the development of request for proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ), bid evaluations, supplier evaluation, development of negotiation strategy, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting, market analysis, cost analysis and other ad hoc reporting. This role will support indirect products and services for The Home Depot (Ex. Equipment, Services, Labor, Commodities, Supplies, Fixtures/Displays, etc.). The incumbent will support the Managers and Directors in the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
