About The Position

As a Strategic Sourcing Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide procurement initiatives that drive cost savings, value creation, and supplier innovation. Working closely with sourcing managers and category leads, you'll assist in executing sourcing strategies, analyzing supplier performance, and contributing to negotiations that directly impact Lowe's bottom line. The Strategic Sourcing team acts as a trusted partner to business units across the organization, focusing on building strong supplier relationships, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, contract evaluation, and procurement tools that power strategic decision-making in a Fortune 50 company.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing or Procurement
• Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027
• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically Power Point, Excel, and data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills
