About The Position

The Strategic Sourcing Intern at ORBIS Corporation will support both the Indirect Sourcing team and the Logistics team. This internship will begin part time in spring 2026 and transition to full time during the summer. You will have guidance from a mentor on the Team as well as be included in Menasha Corporation’s Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development. Essential to this Position The Strategic Sourcing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Team with projects starting spring 2026 through summer 2026.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Operations Management, Business Management or other related degree
• Sophomore or above standing
• Strong computer skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Data Mining/Analysis of large data sets and report creation
• Recommendations of sku and supplier rationalization based on data analysis
• RFP to suppliers to identify cost savings
• Work on various projects as needed
• Logistics inbox management
• Submit new transportation requests in Emerge
• Assist cross-function teams with expedited load requests
• Ensure proof of delivery paperwork has been obtained from suppliers
• Work with suppliers to obtain USMCA documentation
