About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Engineer will lead comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency for new product development and cost savings initiatives. This role requires technical expertise in materials and processes, as well as strong negotiation skills to drive supplier partnerships that align with product innovation and operational goals. The Sourcing Engineer acts as a liaison between suppliers, procurement, and engineering to ensure technical and commercial success. This role will also provide backup for other purchasing team members.
