About The Position
The Director of Strategic Sourcing at IDEX is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the supply chain function to enable profitable growth. This role involves developing best-in-class strategies and processes that align customer needs with an optimal global supply network, focusing on improving efficiencies, cost, working capital, and risk mitigation. As a member of the Senior Leadership Staff, the Director aids in setting budgets, goals, and strategic direction for the business unit.
