What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” The ideal candidate will possess: (1) Strategic sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, and Vendor Management leadership experience in an environment of relevant size and complexity (i.e., global operations, >$2B revenue, technical product/service); (2) experience building and transforming procurement organizations to evolve from limited maturity and highly decentralized to a globally coordinated, strategic organization that provides centralized support; the leadership and change management skills necessary to build a high performing and scalable organization while gaining buy in from internal and external stakeholders; and (4) a history of building repeatable and sustainable margin expansion/cost reduction programs across the Distributor spend landscape.
