About The Position

Equifax is looking for the next bright mind to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst. As a key member of the Non-IT Sourcing team, the Analyst will support Equifax's success by reviewing, approving and processing Non-IT sourcing contracts and ensuring process efficiencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, contract analysis or similar a role.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior contract analysis specific to Non-IT sourcing.
• Experience using Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvements across indirect categories (including, but not limited to non-IT professional services, physical and cyber security, etc.) and suggest new potential sourcing opportunities by analyzing total spend activities and suppliers data across BUs, COEs, regions and geographies.
• Contribute to key sourcing and vendor governance projects and activities.
• Liaison for internal and supplier stakeholders and address concerns and requests.
• Ensure contract compliance and financial controls are upheld.
• Support the wider procurement team across all spend to analyze current spend, vendor governance and on-boarding.
• Review new and existing contracts and try to identify cost or service improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to key sourcing, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Negotiate with new, existing and the company key supplier base.
• Collaborate on Global Sourcing and Real Estate systems, identifying gaps and proactively recommending solutions.
