The Strategic Solutions Executive (SSE) serves as the primary growth champion for assigned reseller partners. This role is responsible for deepening long-term relationships, driving revenue expansion through insight-led engagement, and modernizing how ACDI delivers value across sales, service, and customer success. The SSE owns partner strategy within their assigned region and accounts, aligning ACDI’s solutions, programs, and resources to each partner’s go-to-market objectives while ensuring operational excellence and CRM discipline. The SSE reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Solutions and provides collaboration, guidance, and direction to Solutions Specialists and other sales team members.
