About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for enterprise clients. In this role, you will partner with sales teams to translate complex HR technology solutions into practical business value, engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to uncover challenges and design tailored solutions. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives, enhance employee experience, and influence decision-making across large organizations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with consultative selling skills, executive presence, and a strong understanding of enterprise HR ecosystems. This position offers a high-impact, client-facing role within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar role within HR Tech SaaS, working with enterprise organizations (50,000+ employees).
  • Proven experience with enterprise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement, wellness, and benefits platforms, and their integration with core HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system integrations, APIs, SSO, and data flow concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level HR leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes.
  • Experience building ROI models and business cases for executive audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Global perspective and experience working across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on large, complex enterprise opportunities, understanding client pain points, strategic priorities, and success metrics.
  • Translate technical solutions into HR-focused language and business outcomes for executive audiences.
  • Lead discovery sessions, develop tailored solution proposals, demos, and presentations aligned with client objectives.
  • Proactively identify emerging client needs and market trends to advocate for product enhancements and drive business growth.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Support sales teams in building quantifiable business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic impact.
  • Travel up to 25–30% to attend client meetings, executive presentations, and industry events.
