The position acts as a liaison between customer, sales, and production facilities across the platform. The role involves planning and coordinating the production of client jobs to achieve the objectives of the service agreement in compliance with customer expectations, company policy, and profit and quality requirements. The individual will apply an understanding of customers' business needs to build solid customer relationships, monitor customer satisfaction, and provide consulting in conjunction with RR Donnelley sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer-required services across all locations in the platform.
