About The Position

BEL Promo is seeking a motivated Strategic Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our Strategic Sales organization. This role manages a defined portfolio of smaller national and regional accounts, driving sales execution, building customer relationships, and supporting key initiatives under the guidance of a Strategic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop into future strategic sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a field sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight travel, based on business needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the promotional products industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size strategic accounts, providing product expertise and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive daily customer engagement, presenting selling ideas, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities.
  • Follow up on quotes, high-value orders, and merchandising needs to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer experiences.
  • Document activities in CRM, analyze customer trends, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Represent BEL Promo at regional events, trade shows, and customer visits as needed.
