About The Position

The position is for a college intern in Sabre's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, aimed at assisting in the development, monitoring, and improvement of the ERM program. The intern will engage in research and analytics to monitor strategic enterprise risks, create reports for the executive team, and support the execution of the COSO framework for ERM. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a nascent program with long-term organizational impact and visibility to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation after May 2025.
• Intellectual curiosity about macroeconomics, geopolitics, and technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with analytics and data visualization (e.g., QlikSense).
• Hands-on experience with the COSO ERM framework.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analytics to monitor changes to Sabre's strategic enterprise risks.
• Create reports and engage with risk partners across the organization.
• Support the development and execution of Sabre's COSO framework for ERM.
• Gather risk data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for the executive team.
• Develop dashboards for key risk indicators to contribute to the risk monitoring process.
• Research best practices in ERM and apply them in coordination with the VP of Audit and Risk.
• Assist in preparing ERM materials for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
• Engage in risk assessment activities to identify and measure risks.
