HUB International Limited is seeking a Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) to play a vital role in the growth and development of our operations and sales culture. The SRM will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and will assist Management and Producers in achieving their goals. This position will also involve close collaboration with our corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver ongoing initiatives across all HUB locations. The SRM will act as HUB's sales operations and marketing manager, focusing on generating new business and enhancing client retention. This role is essential in educating both Producers and Account Executives on the tools and resources available at HUB, while also finding innovative ways to showcase HUB's unique capabilities. The SRM will be responsible for the ownership of the HUB CRM System, CORE, managing monthly and annual sales reports, and ensuring the integrity of data. This includes creating and reviewing actionable sales reports and dashboards for regional leadership and Producers. The SRM will track the sales pipeline and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business and defining techniques to improve the sales reporting process. Additionally, the SRM will work closely with the Operations team to maintain and improve data integration across CRM and Broker Management systems. In terms of marketing responsibilities, the SRM will collaborate with corporate Marketing & Communications to create and execute advertisements, microsites, email blasts, and enhance the social media presence of Producers. The role also involves the development of custom sales collateral, multimedia resources for training, and managing logistics for local marketing events and seminars. The SRM will serve as the main point of contact for all Producer and Client-facing tools and resources, conducting training sessions and maintaining documentation on sales processes and policies. This position requires a highly autonomous individual who can take ownership of projects from planning through execution, with a strong focus on data management and analytics, as well as exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders.
