The Strategic Relationships Principal will develop and execute cross-enterprise growth strategies between our network of distribution partners, broker/dealers, and financial professionals. This role will interact with key executives at existing strategic partner firms as well as across Cetera channels and communities and will have accountability for relationship building and elevating the partner firms’ visibility and engagement via sales advocacy, marketing, promotions, and educational events. The Principal will also be responsible for problem resolution, reporting on the growth of partner firm’s business, and ensuring the partner firms’ are achieving operational efficiencies within Cetera. This role will source, vet, and propose new relationships to drive Cetera’s strategic growth objectives.
