About The Position

The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients that have 500 or more employees. This role focuses on both retention and growth, ensuring customers maximize the value of isolved's solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Strategic Relationship Manager drives customer engagement, proactively identifies expansion opportunities, and facilitates seamless collaboration across internal teams to optimize the client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, through regular business reviews and strategic consultations.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to expand isolved's product and service offerings within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clients fully utilize isolved's solutions by providing guidance, training recommendations, and best practices to drive adoption and retention.
  • Manage contract renewals, addressing potential barriers and executing negotiation strategies that maximize value while strengthening customer trust.
  • Monitor account health, identifying risks and working cross-functionally to implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation of sales pipeline, deal progression, and account activity within CRM systems.
  • Advocate for customers within isolved, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development and support efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments to provide clients with strategic insights that enhance their business operations.
