About The Position
We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to own our customer engagements. Usul's customer base is growing rapidly among some of the largest and fastest growing defense companies in the world. You'll be on the front lines to ensure Usul becomes the AI partner for every defense company and leave them with the thought - "how did we ever work without Usul?" Defense innovators face a critical challenge: connecting groundbreaking technology with the military users who need it most. Whether it's autonomous ground vehicles, unmanned surface vessels, or next-gen drone systems, our customers have world-changing capabilities but struggle to navigate the complex web of government procurement. You will lead strategic projects that help innovative defense companies deploy Usul at scale and reshape how the defense industry operates. This dynamic role combines customer success, strategic growth, and hands-on problem solving to accelerate defense innovation for the industry's most promising companies.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working closely with government contract capture, defense budget tracking, PEO engagements, proposal writing, lobbying, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset - you are excited about building things from scratch and are able to identify issues and execute quickly
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex, ambiguous operational problems
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer relationships: From onboarding through expansion in Fortune 500 companies, you're the trusted advisor ensuring customers achieve insane results
- Master Usul's AI-powered capture tools: Become the expert who shows defense companies how to 10x their contract win rates and pipeline visibility
- Be the customer champion: Gather frontline insights to influence product roadmap while ensuring every customer becomes a passionate advocate for Usul
