As a Project Specialist, you will be a critical part of our PMO, managing tasks involved with a project, supporting order entry, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and organizing with other cross-functional teams. You will handle communication between the customer and internal stakeholders, monitor project progress, and track timelines for internal teams and external vendors. You will also prepare agendas for meetings, capture notes and action items, and ensure follow-ups for successful project launches and implementations.
