The Strategic Programs and Install Base Pricing Manager will lead a dynamic team dedicated to representing pricing in pivotal business initiatives as well as overseeing install base pricing strategies. Acting as the primary interface between the pricing function and major business units, this role is instrumental in shaping and influencing strategic decisions to ensure pricing principles are effectively applied across all programs. Key responsibilities include expanding install base pricing methodologies across Geos to optimise margins for HPE solutions. The manager will collaborate closely with product managers and business unit leaders, driving consistency in offer structures and business model standards. This includes ensuring alignment across capex and as-a-service business models and strategically differentiating offerings to maximise profitability. The successful candidate will also champion consistency in pricing across various quoting paths, addressing potential arbitrage issues, and work to enhance the functionality and efficiency of CPQ tools as a subject matter expert in pricing. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
